Kim McIvor and Pete Thumand own Birch Place Farm. A picturesque piece of Property that is generously covered with 1000 Silver Birch Trees, The farm is located halfway between Quesnel and Williams Lake on the Mighty Fraser River (See Map), Bench land rich in ground water within the micro-climate of the River's influence is the reason they believe that their delicious Sugar Spring Classic Birch Syrup is in such demand.

Each bottle comes with a color leaflet telling about how it's made and offering some serving suggestions.
Open Houses are held during the Syrup Season in Early April and people are invited to visit the farm. The farm business also includes, Registered Percheron Horses, and Blue Heeler Dogs.
